Aciem

Background

When the founding partners of Aciem acquired what was Aimia NZ they needed to rapidly land on a new name, brand strategy and associated identity system.

The challenge

To launch a new brand into the New Zealand market that would resonate with the changing needs of Aciem’s loyalty clients ranging from ASB to Westpac, FarmSource to Farmlands.

“We first met D&Co when we needed support with naming and a new brand identity. Since then Russ and the team have continued to support us proving brand strategy, visual identity, spacial design, digital, and in more recent times a business transformation programme of work that has really pushed us to think differently as we explore a future state customer value proposition.

We really valued having consistent access to senior talent throughout our engagement. So often you get sold to by partners only to be replaced by grads or junior staff when the project kicks off. D&Co is totally different and we loved it. Still do!

I’d recommend D&Co to any business that’s looking for a fresh perspective, smart thinking and creativity - they’re a true blend of logic and magic.”
